This Week’s Challenge: 20 Minutes of Movement, Every Day

Welcome to the first Goals B4 Excuses Weekly Challenge. Every week, we're dropping one simple, no-excuses challenge to keep you moving, building momentum, and proving to yourself that consistency beats intensity — every single time.

This Week's Challenge

20 minutes of movement.
Every day. 7 days straight.

The Rules (Simple, Non-Negotiable)

  1. Any movement counts. Walk, lift, stretch, dance in your kitchen — if your heart rate's up and you're intentional, it counts.
  2. No zero days. Twenty minutes. That's less than 1.5% of your day. You've got this.
  3. Track it. Check off each day on your phone, a sticky note, or your Excuse Killer Workbook habit tracker. What gets tracked gets done.
  4. No negotiating. Tired? Do it tired. Busy? Do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night. The excuse doesn't get a vote this week.

Why 20 Minutes Works

You don't need an hour. You need a streak. Seven straight days of showing up rewires what you believe you're capable of — and that belief carries into week two, week three, and beyond. Small wins, stacked daily, become unstoppable momentum.

Drop Your Excuse Below

What's the #1 excuse trying to talk you out of this week? Name it in the comments — then go move for 20 minutes anyway. Let's see who's still standing on day 7.

Goals before excuses. Day one starts now.
