The G4E Comeback Consult — 30 minutes, one clear plan for your next step. $47 — 30-minute phone call with Coach Eric.

If you’re over 40 and coming back after an injury, surgery, or just a long time away from training, the hardest part isn’t motivation. It’s knowing what’s safe, what to skip, and what to do first. That’s what this call is for. No guessing. No generic workout pulled off the internet.

Who this is for

  • Adults 40+ returning to exercise after injury, surgery, or time off
  • People who have been cleared by their doctor or physical therapist to exercise — this is required before we train
  • People who walk, have dumbbells at home, or want a home-based start (no gym required)
  • Anyone eyeing a custom plan who wants to talk it through first

Not for: anyone not yet cleared by their doctor/PT, anyone looking for medical advice/diagnosis/physical therapy (this is fitness coaching only), or anyone looking for a quick fix.

What you get on the call

  1. Where you’re starting from — your history, time off, what aggravates you, what feels fine
  2. Your goal — strength, belly/arms, getting back to a hobby, or moving without second-guessing yourself
  3. Your equipment and schedule — what you actually have and how many days a week is realistic
  4. Your safe first step — the exact first move, and what to avoid for now
  5. Your best next option — starting on your own, The Comeback Plan guide, or a full custom plan built for you

The smart way to start a custom plan

Your $47 is credited toward the $97 G4E Custom Plan if you upgrade within 7 days of your consult. You pay $47 today, and only the $50 balance if you upgrade in time. The Custom Plan includes a 4-week, 3x/week program, a form check on your hinge/squat, and one check-in/adjustment.

My first custom-plan client started exactly this way — a paid plan built around her history, her equipment, and what she had to avoid — and her personalized plan was delivered in October 2026.

How it works

  3. Fill out the intake — complete the G4E Client Intake Form so I can prepare before we talk
  4. Show up for 30 minutes — we talk, you get your first step and your options

A note on safety and science

Everything at G4E is evidence-informed — exercise selection, progression, and recovery guidance are based on peer-reviewed research and authoritative bodies (such as ACSM and AAOS) where claims are made, not hype.

Disclaimer: This consult is fitness coaching and general education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not physical therapy. You must have clearance from your doctor or physical therapist before returning to exercise, and you should stop and seek medical guidance if you experience pain or symptoms that concern you. Always follow your clinician’s restrictions over any general fitness guidance.

FAQs

How much does the Comeback Consult cost and how long is it?
$47 for a 30-minute call with Coach Eric.

Is the $47 really credited toward a Custom Plan?
Yes. Upgrade to the $97 Custom Plan within 7 days of your consult and your $47 is applied — you only pay the $50 balance. After 7 days, the credit expires.

Do I need to be cleared by a doctor or PT first?

Is this medical advice or physical therapy?
No. Fitness coaching and general education only. Your doctor/PT’s guidance always comes first.

What do I need for the call?
Yourself, your intake form filled out in advance, and any restrictions your doctor/PT gave you. No equipment needed for the call.

What happens after the call?
A clear first step and a recommendation: start on your own, The Comeback Plan guide, or a Custom Plan (with your $47 credit if within 7 days). No obligation to upgrade.
